What is eParlimen?

It aims to enhance the communication channel between Members of Parliament and their constituents. This e-Parlimen initiative is partly funded under MOSTI DAGS. There are 3 communication tools or medium in the eParlimen initiative: web portal, SMS (short messaging services) and smartphone app. Users can send reports, get involved in open discussions (even with the MPs), check latest updates in their area, and much more. It has been launched in Kuala Pilah by the Rural and Regional Development Deputy Minister, Dato' Hasan Malek on the 1st of July 2011.
